Our warehouse is based in Sydney and that is where all orders are shipped from.

VHANNA uses Australia Post for all its deliveries. All orders are posted via the post network.

For all ready to post items, please allow one to three business days for your parcel to be dispatched to the post office.

For all pre-order items, please allow two to four weeks for your items to be dispatched to the post office.

During sale times, please allow one week for the 'ready to post' items to be dispatched to the post office.

Domestic orders are sent via Australia post with either Parcel Post (trackable) at a flat rate of $7.95, which takes 3-5 days or Express Post (trackable) at a flat rate of $11.00, which takes 1-3 business days from Sydney, NSW.

International orders takes 10-20 working days for the orders to be delivered after being dispatched with a flat rate of $ 20.00.

Yes. If you have a current order that has not been shipped yet and you would like to add another item, please contact us on [email protected]. Please make sure to include all the order details in your email.

All orders are shipped with tracking codes. Detailed information will be sent with the order confirmation email once your order is shipped. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please send us an email to [email protected]

Yes. All orders receive invoices sent to you via the order confirmation email.
